At our company, we’ll receive your documents, scan them, and send them to the email address you provide or to your WhatsApp within 48 hours (business days).

 

You’ll immediately receive information on all incoming mail, without any delays that could be detrimental to you.

Under no circumstances is this address used to receive packages. We only handle notifications for residents and non-residents: official documents, payments, and notifications.

Do you need your documents translated? We’ll send you a quote, based on the length, for your approval.

In order to open your letters and/or translate documents received in Spain into your language, we need you to send us an email to info@buyspain.es indicating your name, NIF NIE or passport number, nationality, email address and telephone number, and we will send you a document to sign authorizing us to open your letters.
