GRANT POWERS OF ATTORNEY TO SIGN ON YOUR BEHALF

Once you have obtained your NIE (National Taxpayer Identification Number) and registered with the Taxpayer Registry, you can grant us powers of attorney to sign the purchase or sale of any property on your behalf. We will provide you with a National Identity Document (DNI), which will be the ID of the person responsible for signing on your behalf.

If you are in Spain, simply go to a Spanish notary and have us issue the powers of attorney.

If you are in your country, you can issue us powers of attorney at the Spanish embassy or consulate in your country.
